My Pink Rose, I had more difficulty photographing this painting than I did painting it. This is an acrylic painting on a small 6” x 6” x 1 ½” canvas. I’m no stranger to acrylic paints though it has been a while since I have used them but two things are certain. Opposed to oil paints They dry very rapidly and because of that I will wa...ste far more than I will use. As a result I either have to dilute the paint to almost a transparency or paint very quickly. However I do love the brilliance of the paints. Because this is a small painting and my lack of photographic skills the painting looks a lot better than the picture. I will probably just give this one away.See More
