Painting # Still life-2010-116
Story:
Everyone loves chocolates but I remember as a boy how much I loved chocolate fudge. My older sister used to make it for me and I would watch every move she made. She would make it in a sauce pan and drop a bit from a spoon in a glass of water to see if it formed a ball. That meant it was ready to pour into an 8" x 8" pan and let it cool. It would be soft but crispy and not soft and buttery. She is gone now but every tome I see fudge I think of her. I would dedicate this painting to her. I loved her very much.
