Story:
This painting is an abstract expressionist view of a scene. We see so many things in the course of a day that we simply do not regiseter in our conscious mind everything we do see. As an example driving down the road with a quick glance maybe to our left we might see a river and a bridge crossing over the water to an island and then turn our eyes back to the road again. Unless your were particular familiar with what you saw you might not have seen whether the bridge was wood or steel. Or whether the water was clear or even choppy. Perhaps there where clouds over the island you saw but did not register in your conscious mind. But they are hidden in your subconscious mind. This from my point of view allows me the freedom to paint such a scene as this painting and to show what I might have seen whether it was there or not.
